Hydrangea paniculata ‘Skyfall’ - 7.5Litre

This Hydrangea is one of the most INCREDIBLE plants and firmly one of our favourite varieties (and we grow A LOTof Hydrangeas!).

The flower heads are enormous. They emerge a fresh lime green before gradually changing through creamy white and finally to beautiful dusky pinks as autumn arrives. They're held on exceptionally strong stems too, so they don't flop like some of the other large-flowered varieties.

Interestingly, on the nursery they're one of the Hydrangeas that cope with hot, sunny positions the best if we can't fit them all into the shade tunnels.

'Skyfall' has a tall, upright habit and really comes into its own in partial shade, where the huge flower heads seem to glow and brighten darker corners of the garden. It's also just about compact enough to grow in a large container, provided it's kept well watered and fed.

Little tip: Either grow it in a pot or in a sunny position—but try to avoid doing both if you want to keep it looking its best for years to come!
