We have grown the ever popular Phillyrea balls for several years now as they are good evergreen plants that take really well in gardens as shrubby topiary.
They are covered in brilliantly scented flowers from the base of the leaves the spring and early summer, followed by black berries which only adds their garden appeal.
Whilst we grow these as ball's they can be planted alongside one another and quickly grown in to a smart hedge!
